Page 2 of my Seattle Seminar Scrapbook. I love the color combo I came up with for this page . It's 'Not Quite Navy' accented with 'Tangerine Tango' and 'Whisper White'. (Aren't the color names fun!)
I used a flourish stamp from my "Priceless" set with a 'Versa Mark' pad to decorate the background. That gave the page a nice soft feeling. Subtle.

For Page 3 I used 'Bashful Blue', 'Chocolate Chip', and a little bit of 'Not Quite Navy.' The flower in the center is a die-cut with a 'Bashful Blue' brad in the middle of it. I thought that helped tie the whole page together nicely. The stamp next to the flower is from my "By Definition" set. It says "Inspire: To cause or create new ideas. Fresh thought, to influence. To motivate one to action." I sponged some 'Chocolate Chip' ink around the edges of it.

Seattle Regional Seminar Scrapbook

I decided to scrapbook my favorite pictures from last Friday.
Here is the cover and the first page. It is a 12x12" album.
I will post more pages here throughout the week.

Feeling Springy

This Sunday evening we will get to make Spring themed cards that could also be used as Mother's Day cards. (The choice is yours!) Of course, I used the new set I got in Seattle when I attended the Regional Seminar on Friday. :)

A Day Stamping in Seattle

I 'just' got back from the 'Stampin' Up Seattle Regional Convention'. I have 1 word : WOW

It was so much more fun than I had even anticipated. Not only did I learn a lot of new things, but I met some amazing ladies... including Shelli Gardner, the founder of Stampin' Up! She started this amazing business 20 years ago. I got to talk with her 'one on one' a few times and believe me, she is every bit as wonderful as everyone says she is. She has the biggest heart! And it simply radiates from her.

What an incredible day

Left to right: My friend Sue, Stampin' Up's founder Shelli, a very happy ME (woohoo!), and my friend Amie.
